In response to COVID-19, the CRRSA Act established the ESSER II Fund. These government funds may be used to bring CPI’s de-escalation training programs to your school or district to create an environment of Care, Welfare, Safety, and SecuritySM. And CPI’s suite of programs allow all staff to be trained in trauma-informed de-escalation training for the well-being of students. But ESSER II Funds must be obligated by September 30, 2023. Now is the time to partner with CPI to ensure your ESSER Funds can bring sustainable positive change to your district.

Three Easy Steps to Bring CPI to Your School or District

Step 1: Schedule a 15-minute call with CPI. We’ll evaluate your current crisis prevention programming to determine how we can help you utilize ESSER II Funds to strengthen your school district’s approach to trauma-informed classroom management, proactive de-escalation techniques, and positive behavior supports.

Step 2: Obtain a complimentary training program recommendation. We will design and recommend a training plan that will help you to utilize ESSER II Funds to strengthen your team in an effective and fiscally responsible way.

Step 3: Train your staff. Using our train-the-trainer model, our Global Professional Instructors will train select staff to become Certified Instructors. Then your Certified Instructors train their colleagues. With CPI training you can begin the school year with new strategies that will decrease office referrals, increase staff morale, support student well-being, and make your school even more safe and prepared than it already is. This is the goal of ESSER II funding, and we at CPI are here to help you accomplish this goal.
