Reframing Behaviour

Reframing Behaviour is a schoolwide, subscription-based training for all educators that uses neuroscience research to establish a supportive and empathetic, disruption-free school culture.

Neuroscience-Based Training for Educators

Children and young people carry more than their backpacks to school. They carry traumas, insecurities, pressures and anxieties from their everyday lives. Reframing Behaviour is a blended, schoolwide training programme that provides actionable skills and tools to truly prevent disruptive classroom behaviour by teaching educators how to regulate their own emotions while helping students exit fight, flight or freeze mode and enter learning mode.

Understand how neuroscience connects to learning, behaviour and mental health.
Reframe Your Awareness
Practise emotional regulation through simple interactive experiences.
Reframe Your Actions
Assume behaviour is not solely a matter of choice.
Reframe Your Relationships
Learn powerful relationship skills and apply them to common situations and behaviours.
"Changing the way you see a child’s behaviour can change everything."

Frequently Asked Questions

Tiered pricing is available based on the number of schools within a local authority, federation or multi-academy trust and/or the number of teachers in a school. Connect with us to discuss the right price for your school.

Each school will designate one (1) Reframing Behaviour Facilitator, who is trained on all course material by CPI. The Facilitator is then responsible for training their staff and overseeing the programme’s success. Once staff are trained, they will be granted full, on-demand access to the Learning Library.

The Learning Library includes several digital resources available on-demand, including course micro-learnings, articles, book summaries, videos and suggested Professional Learning Community activities.
